There was a bug in v1.12.0 which means the new Open Recent window was shown even when there were no recent files to load. This could be a bit confusing, especially at start-up. This is now fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience.
There is now also a toolbar button for Open Recent.
As the bug fixed is minor, and mostly affects new users you might choose to skip this release.
