What do I do about this error? what is causing it. currently using MacBook and have version v1.46.5
Easy Data Transform expects the .transform file to be valid XML. If it isn’t the third party parser will return this error. The likelyhood is that either:
- a bogus extra character has been added somehow
- the file has been truncated or is empty
The first is generally easy to fix. The second isn’t.
If you email the transform file to support, we will take a look.
