I have a Excel file. In one of the columns is email address. I have 500 rows. Can I used ‘Easy Data Transform’ to remove all the rows where the email address has been wrongly formatted?

You can easily do this using the Verify transform.
Use the Is valid email rule on the appropriate column and remove any columns with fails.
