Hi,
for better clarity, please give an option to declare which source is “Top” or “Bottom” to the Lookup transform, At the moment, I have to organize my workflow so the right source is “Top” ![]()
Best,
Jochen

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!
Just use the Clone transform to make a copy of one of the inputs in a better position.
Ok, nice one.
But that does not save me from mangling top and Bottom sometimes, for example when I reorganize the optics of my workflow and forget about this. If this was a setting, it would be more more robust.
Doing it on input height (Y) means you can see at a glance and move the input positions to change the order. No current plans to change the approach.
The occasional need to clone seemed odd at first but I support the current use of visual arrangement to order inputs (where it matters). After decades of using scripts to marshall data for models or analysis, EDT’s visual approach (self-documentation + comments) wins for me.
