If you access the CHM (compiled help) format documentation in the Windows zip download of Easy Data Transform you may see this:
Then, when you click Open and access the help, the right page may be blank:
To avoid this issue right click on the .chm file, select Properties, check Unblock and click OK.
You should then be able to see the help text:
