Is there a transformation that can delete blank columns before it is exported to CSV? The number of blank columns can vary so I can’t specify it in Remove Col by checking them with checkmark because I don’t know which columns will have data in them.

No there is no such transform at the moment, but you can save your csv file and then load it again and can check the ignore empty columns and then save it back again. This way all the empty columns will be ignored when the data is read and solves your issue of not knowing which column will be blank.
