Aligning matching rows in 2 spreadsheets

I frequently get pairs of very large spreadsheets of data which contain matching rows and non-matching rows, and I’d really (REALLY) like to find out if there’s a way to line them up so I can look across both spreadsheets.

So it’s like this:

And what I really need to end up with is this:

Is this do-able? I’ve got some wild formulas that will work but I would love to just drag both sheets into EDT and wave a magic wand.

Yes, no problem. See attached. It is basically just a join, plus some fiddling with columns.
