After overwrite input file why impute and dedupe process get collapsed?

if, i am overwriting input file. Next impute and dedupe process was colapsing. I want to save information of impute and dedupe whenever i will overwrite.

all output files have a warning or an error shown, have you checked the messages/warnings?

Without the transform and some data as an example it is hard to analyse something

Note that it is generally better to create a new file than overwrite the input file.
